PURPOSE: An optical cord display apparatus and recognition apparatus are provided to display and read large amount information using the combination of 2d color or the color information of a light emitting display unit. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit(130) supplies power which is necessary to operate configuration elements using light. A storage unit(140) stores an optical code in which is displayed on a light emitting display unit(120). A control unit(150) displays the optical cord on the light emitting display unit when the power is supplied from the power unit. The light emitting display unit displays the optical cord in which is constituted by 2D color combination or a single color according to the control of the control unit.
