PURPOSE: A pulling force testing device of a fixed nail for a sleeper is provided to improve safety by accurately confirming the pulling force of a fixed nail. CONSTITUTION: A pulling force testing device(1) of a fixed nail for a sleeper comprises a fixed unit(10), a pressing unit(20), and a display unit(30). The fixed unit is fixed to the head(102) of a fixed nail(100) which fixes a rail(120) to a sleeper(110). When the fixed unit is fixed to the nail of the head of the fixed nail, the pressing unit applies pressure to the fixed unit to confirm the pulling force of the fixed nail. The display unit is connected to the fixed unit and the pressing unit and displays the pulling force of the fixed nail.
