PURPOSE: A shower head including three zones with different hole sizes is provided to minimize the degradation of a photographing process or an etching process by the degraded property of a flat film. CONSTITUTION: A shower head including three zones with different hole sizes comprises the following: a center zone located on the center of the shower head with the first hole size; a second zone located on the outside of the center of the shower head with the second hole size; and a third zone having with the third hole size. The center zone has one hole. The second zone has 4,920 holes. The third zone has 2,430 holes.
