PURPOSE: A medical treatment waiting relation service system and method thereof are provided to recognize the treatment waiting situation of a user by providing treatment relation information to the user through a user terminal. CONSTITUTION: A recognition apparatus(200) recognizes a user who is located in a hospital. A treatment waiting service server(300) provides treatment waiting relation information about the treatment reservation of the user to a user terminal(100). The reader apparatus of the recognition apparatus recognizes identification information in which is stored in a medical card and the terminal apparatus.
