PURPOSE: An assembling method of a tube and a tube sheet of the heat exchanger is provided that the thermal stress created from tube is absorbed easily, the thermal efficiency is increased. CONSTITUTION: An assembling method of a tube and a tube sheet of the heat exchanger comprises the following steps. As to a heat exchanger(50) consisting of a shell(1) and caps(4,5), In the inside of the shell section, a tube(2) is inserted to the hole of the multiple formed in a one side of cylindrical tube sheet(3) inside. The packing is fitted in the outer circumference of the tube and it shuts tight. The fixing bolt is inserted into the female thread formed in the other side face of the tube sheet, and the tube is together put in the tube sheet by pressing the anchoring bolt in the tube sheet. |
