MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND CELL PLANNING AND FREQUENCY REUSE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A mobile communication system and frequency reusing method and cell construction thereof are provided to avoid and reduce the interference which is generated between a cell/sector. CONSTITUTION: A reference call is classified into a center unit and a neighboring unit. The total frequency resource of the reference cell is allocated equally per sector. A total frequency resource is allocated not to be overlapped based on the sector about an inner cell comprising the boundary of a center unit and a neighboring unit. A second frequency resource expect for a first frequency which is arranged in the inner cell is allocated in the external cell per sector. The same frequency resource and a frequency resource are assigned to an external cell of other sector is assigned in the boundary of other sector.
