PURPOSE: A tool for forming a bolt-head groove is provided to process a bolt-head groove regardless of a drilling depth by controlling the position of a cutting tip. CONSTITUTION: A tool for forming a bolt-head groove comprises a tool unit(1), fixing bolts, and a cutting tip(4). The tool unit comprises a coupling hole(101), multiple female screws(105), and cutting tip mounting holes(103). The female screws are connected to the coupling hole. The fixing bolts are coupled to the female screws. The cutting tip is coupled to the cutting tip mounting holes. The tool unit is coupled to a drill through the fixing bolts.
