PURPOSE: A UFID electric map and a navigation device including a UFID tag reader are provided to provide the location information of an electric map and various UFID tag information service by installing or connecting a UFID tag reader. CONSTITUTION: A UFID or an optical code including a UFID is equipped in the one side of print materials/ promotion materials which are distributed. A UFID navigation(200) and an electric map based on the UFID are provided. A tele-communication firm or service provider operates the information providing system for an additional UFID tag service. A UFID electric map and a navigation device including a UFID tag reader are actively used.
