PURPOSE: A self-return fan filter unit is provided that the air filtering it locals, within the clean room is facilitated. CONSTITUTION: A self-return fan filter unit comprises a cover member(110), a fan assembly(120), and a filter assembly(130). The cover member has the internal space in which the lower part is opened. It is offered and the fan assembly has inside the cover member to the outside cross-sectional area smaller than the inside cross-sectional area of the cover member.
