AIR CONDITIONER REFRIGERANT PIPE AND METHODE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A refrigerant pipe for an air conditioner and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to enable a refrigerant to be easily installed without limit to places since the refrigerant pipe is formed form a flexible material. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant pipe(20) for an air conditioner comprises a first pipe(21), a second pipe(22), a third pipe(23), and resin adhesive(24). The first pipe is formed from ETFE(Ethylene tertafluoro ethylene) or PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride). The second pipe protects the outer circumferential surface of the first pipe and is formed from EVOH(Ethylene vinyl alcohol) or PVDF. The third pipe protects the outer circumferential surface of the second pipe and is manufactured from PA(Polyamides), PC/ABS(Polycarbonate-Acrylonitrie-butadienestyrene), PET(Polyethylene terephthalate) or PBT(Polybutylene terephthalate).
