<p>PURPOSE: An LED operating device and an operating system thereof are provided to connect an update signal to a selector through a bypass register or a bypass line, thereby reducing the number of the clocks of an update signal. CONSTITUTION: A switching circuit stores a serial data input signal. A register circuit comprises a first register series and a first selector. A buffer circuit(11) is serially connected to the register circuit. A display data storage(18) is electrically connected to first and second register series. A signal generating circuit(19) outputs an operating signal(DRI) according to display data.</p> |
