PURPOSE: A heating radiator for an electrical apparatus using heat pipes is provided to be steadily installed on a substrate using light gauge heating pipes. CONSTITUTION: A thermal base(10) absorbs heat in which is generated from a first electrical device(2) by combining with the first electrical device with a substrate(1). A fine pipe type heat pipe loop(30) stores operation materials and includes a heat radiation unit and a first heat absorption unit. The heat radiation unit emits heat in which is absorbed in the first heat absorption unit. The first heat absorption unit is connected to the thermal base. The heat pipe loop is arranged in a center area. |
