PURPOSE: A portable terminal, mobile payment method using the same, and mobile payment system are provided to perform a mobile payment using a payment means among benefit information according to each payment means. CONSTITUTION: A USIM unit(118) stores credit card information. A control unit(108) requests the search of a franchise corresponding to a current location in the operation of a payment virtual machine. The control unit performs a temporary payment by requesting a prepayment to a POS(Point-Of-Sale) system using one or more payment means information. An RF(Radio Frequency) unit(110) request the prepayment to the POS system. |
