Radio resource management in femto cells

A Femtocell base station arranged to receive messages from other Femto cell base stations indicating the allocation or de-allocation of a resource block by the other Femto base station. The Femtocell base station maintains a record of resource blocks indicated as having been allocated by received messages. A record indicating allocation of a resource blocks can be removed following receipt of a message indicating deallocation.
