PURPOSE: An electricity saving system is provided to save the electricity by automatically blocking the power of PCs of nonsuing state if a predetermined time passes. CONSTITUTION: A power management unit(120) displays the using state of a PC to a PC information column. The power management unit designates a PC which is turned on and sets a power blocking start/completing time. A schedule manager(130) automatically block the power of the PC by setting the time which does not uses the PC. A user manager(140) provides a function for changing manager information and blocking the power of a registered user. A report output unit(150) outputs a report which analyzes the time which is saved through an automatic power blocking function.
