METHOD AND ARRANGEMENT FOR CALIBRATING TRANSMIT PATHS OF AN ANTENNA ARRAY

The method involves converting a carrier frequency transmitting signal uncoupled from pro-data into a digital base-band receiving signal over a transmission path (SP1). A receiving signal is correlated with the transmitting signal for determining an amplitude ratio corresponding to a reference transmitting path, phase difference and delay difference for the path. The delay difference is used for adjusting a delay unit attached to the path for calibration, and the ratio and the phase difference are used for adjusting of multipliers (M1-M8) attached to the path for calibration. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for calibration of a transmission path.
