摘要 PURPOSE: An optical guide device and resin composition which is used for forming an over-clad layer thereof are provided to prevent the malfunction of a photoelectric conversion element due to disturbance light by sufficiently absorbing the disturbance light which is income from the surface of the over-clad layer. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric conversion element(B) light-combined in one end of an optical waveguide(A). The photoelectric conversion element changes an optical signal which is received into an electric signal. The optical waveguide is composed of an under clad layer(1), a core(2), and an under clad layer(3). The core is formed on the surface of the under clad layer and spreads the optical signal. A front end part of the core and the photoelectric conversion element are light-combined through one part of the over-clad layer.
