PURPOSE: A reinforcing member for a concrete pipe with a hollow circular cross section is provided to reinforce a concrete pipe suffering earth pressure using efficiently a cross section and efficiently control the strength of the concrete pipe by controlling the size and pitch of the cross section of a member. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing member for a concrete pipe with a hollow circular cross section comprises a plurality of ring-shaped reinforcing members(11) and a plurality of longitudinal reinforcing members. The ring-shaped reinforcing members are arranged on the central shaft in a row in the width(b) direction of the cross section at regular pitches. The longitudinal reinforcing members connect the ring-shaped reinforcing members to maintain a cylindrical frame. The longitudinal reinforcing members are coupled in a longitudinal direction to pass through the ring-shaped reinforcing member at regular intervals in the circumferential direction of the ring-shaped reinforcing member.
