A POLYURETHANE RESIN ELECTRICAL INSULATING COMPOSITION NOT ACCOMPANIED BY DETERIORATION OF INSULATION CHARACTERISTICS EVEN UNDER A HUMID AND HOT ENVIRONMENT, AND HAS SUPERIOR HEAT RADIATING EFFECT AND HIGH FLAME RETARDANCY IS PROVIDED. SPECIFICALLY, THE POLYURETHANE RESIN ELECTRICAL INSULATING COMPOSITION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION INCLUDES (A) A POLYBUTADIENE HAVING 2 OR MORE HYDROXYL GROUPS, (B) A POLYISOCYANATE, (C) A PLASTICIZER, (D) A ZEOLITE, AND (E) A HYDRATED METAL COMPOUND. ALTERNATIVELY, A POLYURETHANE RESIN ELECTRICAL INSULATING COMPOSITION NOT ACCOMPANIED BY DETERIORATION OF INSULATION CHARACTERISTICS EVEN UNDER A HUMID AND HOT ENVIRONMENT IS PROVIDED. SPECIFICALLY, THE POLYURETHANE RESIN ELECTRICAL INSULATING COMPOSITION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION INCLUDES (A') A POLYESTER POLYOL PREPARED WITH RICINOLEIC ACID AND A POLYHYDRIC ALCOHOL, AND/OR (A) A POLYBUTADIENE HAVING 2 OR MORE HYDROXYL GROUPS, (B) A POLYISOCYANATE, (C) A PLASTICIZER, AND (D) A ZEOLITE.
