PURPOSE: A carbon heating element, a manufacturing method thereof and a heating lamp therewith are provided to improve the stability of a product by preventing the deformation of a terminal and instability of a product. CONSTITUTION: In a carbon heating element, a manufacturing method thereof and a heating lamp therewith, a carbon heat generating body(210) is formed by mixing a carbon compound and pressing it. A terminal(230) is comprised of the carbon compound and is assembled in the carbon heat generating body. The terminal supplies power to the carbon heat generating body.
