PURPOSE: A paste and solar battery using the same are provided to improve generation efficiency of the solar battery by improving the paste of an electrode which is formed on an entrance face. CONSTITUTION: A base substrate(11) contains the first impurity of a first conductivity type and has a texturing surface. An emitter part(12) is located on the texturing surface of the substrate. The emitter part contain the second impurity of a second conductivity type which is different with the first conductivity type. A front electrode(14a) is electrically connected to the emitter part and collects electric charge which is generated from the emitter part or the base substrate. At least one part among front electrodes transmits light which is income from outside. The front electrode comprises a glass bead which is an electrically conductive material having optical permeability.
