The method involves receiving raw information together with producer specific information on respective terminals, by agents (A1, A2, A3) using a defined interface. The agents form corresponding compressed decision information for evaluating errors and/or optimizing reconfiguration decisions. The agents provide the decision information to network units, or network operator and/or agent provider via the defined interface.
