The device has seven circular-ring shaped small boxes (1) designed as storage boxes for storing medicaments, and a splitter (2) provided with a common box lower part (3). The box lower part is formed in an integral manner. The splitter is designed as a separate box with cutting guides and a flap lid (4) with an integrated cutting blade. The pills between the cutting guides are splitted by the collapsible movement of the flap lid. Each small box is closable by the flap laid. The cutting guides are formed of two lateral clamping springs such that the laid pills are trapped for cutting.
