An insert-indexable tool (100) includes: a holder (10); and a head member (30) having an insert mount seat (36) by which an insert (60) having a cutting edge (66) and a cutting face (67) is to be held, and mounted on a distal portion of the holder (10), wherein the head member (30) includes a first mount face (39) and a second mount face (42) intersect each other from a view facing toward the cutting face (67) in a state in which the insert (60) is held by the insert mount seat (36), the holder (10) includes, at the distal portion thereof, a first receiving face (17) abutting the first mount face (39) and a second receiving face (18) abutting the second mount face (42), the first receiving face (17) and the second receiving face (18) are respectively provided with a first fixing threaded hole (20A, 20B) and a second fixing threaded hole (21A, 21B) into which fixing screws (47) inserted into the first receiving face (17) and the second receiving face (18) are screwed, and the first fixing threaded hole (20A, 20B) and the second fixing threaded hole (21A, 21B) are located so that the fixing screws (47) screwed into the first and second fixing threaded holes (20A, 20B, 21A, 21B) do not intersect each other.
