PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for electronic pyrolyzing livestock excrements are provided to rapidly eliminate bad odor from the livestock excrements and to decompose solid components using an electric arc reaction. CONSTITUTION: A pyrolyzing reactor(110) includes an internal space in which livestock excrements are contained. An electrode rod(124) is mounted at the pyrolyzing reactor to generate electronic arc in the livestock excrements. A distilling pipe(130) is in connection with the pyrolyzing reactor and discharges bubbles and vapor from the pyrolyzing process of the livestock excrements. A storing tank(160) is in connection with the distilling pipe and stores condensed liquid components. |
