PURPOSE: A shutter with a safe lower bar comprising a wireless transmitter is provided to immediately stop the lowering of a shutter by the operation of a membrane switch installed on the lower side or both sides of a lower bar of the shutter if the lower bar bumps into a person or an object. CONSTITUTION: A shutter with a safe lower bar comprising a wireless transmitter comprises an upper frame(10), and vertical frames(20). The vertical frame is vertically installed on both sides of the upper frame. The upper frame comprises a shutter(100) and a power unit. The shutter moves up and down between the vertical frames. The power unit transfers power to be able to move up and down between the vertical frames. Membrane switch(120) are installed on the lower side and both sides of the lower bar(110) of the shutter and a wireless transmitter(300) is arranged on the upper frame.
