PURPOSE: A mold cutting apparatus for producing a contact lens is provided to improve the quality of a contact lens by reducing damage to a mold and providing the high-quality mold. CONSTITUTION: A mold cutting apparatus for producing a contact lens comprises a support frame(10), a body unit(20), a cutting device(40), a pickup device(30), and a mold collecting unit(50). The support frame comprises multiple collection boxes(11). The body unit is fixed to the top of the support frame and has a mold standby member(21) and a mold discharge hole(25). The cutting device rotates a mold body(2) to cut the connected parts of molds(2a) of the mold body. The pickup device picks up the mold body from the mold standby member and transfers the mold body to the cutting device. The mold collecting unit collects the molds cut from the cutting device.
