PURPOSE: A crude drug composition containing Midamkyungokko(MDK) is provided to promoting antioxidation and cell physiological activity. CONSTITUTION: A crude drug composition for anti-wrinkling, moisturizing, and whitening contains 0.1-50 wt% of extract of red ginseng, Poria cocos Wolf, Rehmannia glutinosa, Liriope platyphyllla, Asparagus cochinchinensis, and Lycium chinense as an active ingredient. A cosmetic composition contains 0.1-50 wt% of the extract. The cosmetic composition contains 0.0001-30 wt% of Midamkyungokko(MDK). The composition is manufactured in the form of lotion, essence, cream, pack, gel, ointment, patch, or spray. The cosmetic composition further contains alcohol, oil, surfactant, fatty acid, silicon oil, wetting agent, moisturizing agent, emulsion, UV protector, or perfume. A soap composition contains 0.0001-30 wt% of MDK. The soap composition further contains soap substrate, skin moisturizing agent, emulsifier, or softening agent.
