The device (10) has a frame (18) in which a set of cooling plates (19) is arranged. A heat pipe is coupled with the cooling plates, where the heat pipe is coupled with a heat-emitting portion (15). The heat pipe is inserted in the heat-emitting portion. The cooling plates are inserted through apertures. The frame is formed in U-shape. The heat emitting portion of the frame connects with free ends of two legs. The frame comprises two laths parallely arranged next to each other. A portion forming free end of the two laths connects to a connecting part.
