METHOD OF EXTRACTION OF HIGH CONCENTRATED LIQUID FROM DANDELION AND THE EXTRACTED LIQUID AND DANDELION PATCH USING THE LIQUID

PURPOSE: A method for preparing dandelion extract of high concentration and a patch using the extract are provided to prevent skin aging and to treat inflammation. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing dandelion extract comprises: a step of cutting dandelion leaves and roots in a predetermined size; a step of mixing dandelion ingredients and water and inputting the mixture into a low temperature extractor; a step of extracting active ingredients from dandelion at less than 100°C; and a step of removing ingredients and concentrating at less than 100°C. The low temperature extractor comprises: an extractor body(1) having a heating device for maintain constant temperature; a cover(2) having an air injection valve(6); a vacuum pump(3) which is attached on an exhaust pipe for maintain the inside of the extractor body in vacuum condition; a thermometer(5) for measuring temperature of the extractor body; and a temperature controller(8) which keep the inside of the extractor body constant.
