PURPOSE: A pipe branching tool is provided to be installed in a branch hole of a pipe having various thicknesses by adjusting a distance between first and second flanges. CONSTITUTION: A pipe branching tool comprises a body unit(51), first and second pressing plates(61,63), and bolt joining units. The body unit comprises first and second flanges(53,55) and a branch tube(58). The first and second flanges are installed in the inner and outer walls of a pipe(71). The branch tube is protruded to the outside the pipe. The first pressing plates are installed along the inner circumferential surface of the first flange. The second pressing plates are installed in the second flange. The bolt joining units clamp the inner and outer walls of the pipe by pressing the first and second pressing plates.
