A Unique Internet User Identification Number System (UIUINS) is provided whereby an internet service provider (ISP), ISP1, provides an internet user, C1, C2, C3, C4, with a Unique Internet User Identification Number from an Unique Internet User Identification Number Database (UIUIND). Using the Unique Internet User Identification Number the user gains access to other ISP’s anywhere in the world, ISP2, via wired or wireless means. A voluntary policy facilitates use, using the Unique Internet User Identification Number, of any open available wireless network. |
