SEISMIC ISOLATION DAMPING APPARATUS OF BRIDGE

PURPOSE: A seismic damping device for bridge is provided to prevent vibration due to earthquake from becoming transferred to the upper part of bridge, reduce a manufacturing cost and enhance quality by enhancing the look of the bridge. CONSTITUTION: A seismic damping device(1) for bridge comprises a main body(10), an elastic body(20), a filler layer(30), a waterproof sheet(40), and a floating preventing cable(50). The main body is divided into a lower base(11) and an upper base(12). The lower base is fixed to the upper part of a pier support member. The upper base is fixed to the lower part of the pier of the bridge. The elastic body is installed in the main body, changes, absorbs and offsets vibration transferred through the pier support member. The filler layer is filled in a space between the elastic body and the main body.
