SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EXTRACTING CORE DOCUMENTS

PURPOSE: A core document extraction system using a normalized value and method thereof are provided to extract a representative core thesis by calculating the influence value of a document. CONSTITUTION: An influence calculation unit(110) calculates the influence value of an object document. An influence normalization unit(120) normalizes the influence value of the object document using similarity between the object document and a precedence document. A core document extraction unit(130) extracts one or more core document by arranging the documents. The influence calculation unit calculates the influence value of the object document by referring to the documents.
