PURPOSE: A forming mold and a forming system therewith are provided to improve heating and cooling efficiency by increasing contact areas between heat transfer media and mold plates. CONSTITUTION: A forming mold(110) comprises multiple mold plates(112,113), a porous member(121), and an insert(123). The mold plates form a cavity(111). The porous member is inserted into the internal paths(119,120) of one or more mold plates among the mold plates. The porous member has pores so that fluid can pass through the inside the porous member. An insertion hole(122) is formed in the porous member along a fluid passing direction. The insert is inserted in to the insertion hole.
