PURPOSE: A device for remotely controlling a satellite and a device for flexible wideband frequency voltage are provided to avoid a forbid frequency band of a fraction synthesizer. CONSTITUTION: A second frequency mixer(104) performs a second voltage to a second middle frequency of a signal which is transmitted by a second chain(103). The second frequency mixer transmits the dislocated signal to the input of a third amplifier or a filtering chain(105). A first fraction frequency synthesizer(106) of a loop band B generates a first synthesized frequency in the input of a first frequency mixer(102). A second fixed number of a fraction frequency synthesizer(107) generates a second synthesized frequency in the input of a second frequency mixer.
