PURPOSE: An AC source noise measurement apparatus of a diode device and a method thereof are provided to rapidly and efficiently measure AC source noise. CONSTITUTION: A voltage measurement part(200) measures the output voltage of a diode device. A voltage component calculation part(300) extracts the output voltage measured in the voltage measurement part three times per a predetermined time interval. The voltage component calculation part outputs an absolute value of the AC voltage component and DC voltage component of the output voltage.
