PURPOSE: A method for modifying utilitarianism is provided to maximize the profit of an earth by maximizing the profit of a community. CONSTITUTION: A fixed scores is given to each crime for preventing laws which people want from being established and preventing representative democracy by enabling people which have strong criminality to participate in the vote from being enacted. Vote right which has a score over a predetermined standard is deprived for a predetermined period. By limiting the voting of the corresponding person, human right is protected. |
