APTAMER-BASED TARGETED CHEMOIMMUNO THERAPY

PURPOSE: A target-directed drug delivery system and a chemoimmunotherapy using the same are provided to effectively treat cancer. CONSTITUTION: A delivery system comprises: a biocompatible polymer carrier; a first nucleic acid molecule which is linked to the biocompatible polymer by covalent bond; a nucleic acid molecule ligand having a complementary sequence of the first nucleic acid molecule and a targeting sequence specifically binding to target cells or tissues; and a cargo linked to the ligand. The biocompatible polymer carrier has a dendrimer structure. The first nucleic acid molecule is immunostimulatory oligonucleotide of single strand. A pharmaceutical composition for promoting immunity contains the delivery system as an active ingredient.
