FRUITS PACKAGE CONTAINING CHAFF-VINEGAR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A fruit package in which chaff-vinegar liquid is contained and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent decay due to water balancing, mechanical pressure, pathogen suspension, and temperature change by greenly keeping fruit for a long time. CONSTITUTION: Chaff-vinegar liquid is manufactured. A base layer is formed into a thin leaf or a liner. A latex barrier layer which is coated by latex is located on the top of the base layer. The latex barrier layer is formed by primarily coating the latex to the thin leaf or the liner. A chaff-vinegar liquid coating layer is formed by secondarily coating the surface of the base layer using the chaff-vinegar liquid. A fruit package is manufactured.
