摘要 PURPOSE: An optical cell for displaying oligonucleotide hybiridization or protein interaction is provided to quantitatively control waveform of a nanostructure. CONSTITUTION: An optical cell for displaying oligonucleotide hybiridization or protein interaction comprises: a substrate having continuous sinusoidal wave surface; a plurality of oligonucleotides or proteins which are conjugated to the surface of the substrate; and liquid crystal. The surface of the substrate is manufactured using a polymer substrate with elasticity. The polymer substrate is a stamp prepared by silicon polymer or copolymer, epoxy polymer or polymer, or acryl polymer or copolymer. The oligonucleotide is conjugated with thiol gropu or amine group at the end. The protein is a capturing agent with target biomaterial affinity. The liquid crystal is 4-cyano-4'-pentylbiphenyl, 4-cyano-4'hexylbiphenyl, or 4-cyano-4'-heptylbiphenyl.
