PURPOSE: A device and method of processing a data packet using a unified circular queue are provided to reduce the overhead according to enqueue and dequeue. CONSTITUTION: A hardware(400) transceives data packet. A device driver unit(300) controls transmitting and receiving of the hardware. An application unit(200) processes the data packet. A buffer is a integration circular queue which commonly communicates with a hardware, a device driver unit, and an application unit.
