PURPOSE: An air conditioning and heating system for a vehicle using a direct current(DC) battery is provided that the compressor is interlinked directly to DLDC or the DC motor and one integrated sealed compressor is constituted, the cooling-and-heating of the vehicle room is proceed by using the power source of the battery for the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning and heating system for a vehicle using a direct current(DC) battery(150) comprise a compressor(110), a condenser(120), an expansion valve(130), and an evaporator(140). A DLDC or A DC motor is directly connected to compressor and one integrated sealed compressor is constituted. The integrated sealed compressor is connected to the DC battery of the vehicle, is driven with the DC battery power of the vehicle.
