THREE DIMENSIONAL ROBOT SYSTEM FOR LED MANUFACTURING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A three-axis robot system for a LED manufacturing device is provided to mount multiple heads of LED manufacturing device by controlling a pitch of a second head according to a first head. CONSTITUTION: A three-axis robot system for a LED manufacturing device comprises a X-axis driving part(130), an Y-axis driving part(110), first and second Z-axis driving parts(150,170), and X-axis and Y-axis pitch adjusting parts. The X-axis pitch adjusting parts has the secondary X-axis servo motor and a secondary X-axis ball screw. The secondary X-axis servo motor transfers the second Z-axis driving part toward the first Z-axis driving part the X-axis. The Y-axis pitch adjusting parts has the secondary Y-axis servo motor and the secondary Y-axis ball screw. The secondary Y-axis servo motor transfers the second Z-axis driving part toward the first Z-axis driving part the Y-axis.
