PURPOSE: A hot water generating and supplying device is provided to stably product hot water by regularly supplying hot water using vapor pressure and negative pressure. CONSTITUTION: A hot water generating and supplying device comprises a cylinder(10), a heater(20), and a ring-shaped heating space part(30). A supply tube having a flowing backward prevention member is connected to the top end portion of a cylinder. An exhaust line is connected to the bottom part of the cylinder. The heater is installed inside the cylinder. The heater is heated with supply of power. The ring-shaped heating space part is formed in the size corresponding to difference between diameters of a heater and a cylinder. The ring-shaped heating space part receives heat from the heater and generates steam pressure.
