PURPOSE: A heat radiation film is provided to improve a heat radiation property, a light absorption property, and a low heat radiation property by forming first and second film layer having different mixing ratio of ceramics and carbon on plastic resin. CONSTITUTION: A heat radiation film(100) comprises a first film layer(200) and a second film layer(300). The first film layer is formed by mixing particle carbon 0.01-5.0% of nano-size and ceramics 0.025-1.0% in plastic resin. The second film layer is formed on the top of the first film layer. The second film layer is formed by mixing the particle carbon 0.01-10.0% of nano-size and the ceramics 0.1-10.0% in the plastic resin. The first film layer is composed of black color by mixing black paints in order to improve an optical transmission property and a light absorption property. The second film layer is composed of different color with the first film layer.
