PURPOSE: A cardiac disorder diagnosing device using a time domain feature is provided to add the feature of a temporal feature to a cepstrum area feature, thereby effectively analyzing the feature and location of a heart murmur. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(200) includes an electronic auscultator(210), a Bluetooth audio transmitter(220), and a Bluetooth audio receiver(230). The electronic auscultator transmits a heart beat signal. A heart beat signal separating unit(300) extracts a single cycle heart beat signal from a continuous heart beat signal using an automatic separation algorithm. A feature extracting unit(400) extracts the features of a cepstrum domain and a time domain to determine the kind of a heart disease and whether a person has a heart disease using the extracted single cycle heart beat signal. A diagnosing unit(500) receives a feature vector from the feature extracting unit to classify the kind of a heart disease and whether a person has a heart disease. The diagnosing unit includes a learning modeling unit(510) and a pattern recognizing unit(520).
