CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing Makkoli containing Acer tegmentosum Maxim. and red ginseng comprises: a step of mixing and steaming rice, Acer tegmentosum Maxim., and red ginseng to prepare hard-boiled rice(first process); a step of mixing purified water and Acer tegmentosum Maxim. and red ginseng and heating to prepare extract of Acer tegmentosum Maxim. and red ginseng(second process); a step of a step of mixing wheat flour, wheat bran, and the extract of Acer tegmentosum Maxim. and red ginseng in a weight ratio of 1 : 1 : 0.3-0.5 and inoculate Aspergillus(third process); a step of mixing purified water and nuruk of Acer tegmentosum Maxim. and red ginseng and dipping for 3-6 hours and pressing to prepare extract liquid of Acer tegmentosum Maxim. and red ginseng(fourth process); a step of mixing the hard-boiled rice and the extract liquid and fermenting to prepare crude liquor of Acer tegmentosum Maxim. and red ginseng(fifth process); a step of mixing the crude liquor, extract liquid, and hard-boiled rice and fermenting to prepare ferment of Acer tegmentosum Maxim. and red ginseng(sixth process); a step of filtering the ferment and diluting with purified water; and a step of adding citric acid, sugar, salt, amino acid, and stevioside(seventh process).
