PURPOSE: A keypad plunger structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to combine the other side of a polymer film with an adhesive and a releasing paper, thereby facilitating manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board is provided(101). An integration molding item is provided(103). The integration molding item includes a polymer film or a plurality of plungers. The polymer film comprises a first side and a second side. A plurality of metal domes is attached onto a printed circuit board by using the integration molding item(105). The plungers correspond to the metal domes individually. A keycap structure is provided(107). The keycap structure is arranged on the integration molding item for assembly(109). A light guide film is selectively provided(111). The light guide film is arranged on the integration molding item.
