PURPOSE: A device for removing foreign materials such as rust or scales in a pipe is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by applying a metal main body to peripheral devices having a large diameter and a piping line. CONSTITUTION: A device for removing foreign materials such as rust or scales in a pipe comprises a body(10), an air supply part, a backflow prevention valve(20), an air sprayer, a fixing part, a connecting member(60), and a fastening member. The body has an air inlet hole and an air communicating hole(14). The backflow prevention valve is installed in the inner circumference of the body. The backflow prevention valve opens and closes the air provided through the air supply part. The air sprayer sprays air obliquely. The fixing part is connected to a pipe(200). An annular projection is formed on one side of the fixing part and is projected to outside. A joining projection(61) of the connecting member copes with the annular projection of the fixing part and body.
